Refund and Returns Policy

Refund & Return Policy – EDH Online Store

At EDH Online Store, we are committed to providing high-quality electronic accessories and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair Refund & Return Policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Return Policy

You may return an item under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The reason for return is due to a defective product, wrong item delivered, or the product being significantly different from the description.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via enerdesign.hub.lk@gmail.com or call +94 71 405 7655.

  2. Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and supporting photos/videos if applicable.

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide the return address if approved.

  4. Items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or damaged on arrival).

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or defective item upon arrival.

  • Incorrect product received.

  • Product not as described.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Options:

  • Full refund to the original payment method.

  • Store credit or exchange (based on your preference and item availability).

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents.

  • Used items or items not in original condition.

  • Returns requested after 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Sale items, promotional or clearance products.
